من جانبه أكد الصائم استعداد مصرف المزارع لتمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية لاسيما الزراعية وذلك عبر ادخال الطاقة الشمسية لضمان إمداد كهربائي مستقر للمشروعات الزراعية.
